Poughkeepsie, NY – Poughkeepsie Galleria will operate under reduced hours for the Independence Day holiday this Thursday, July 4. While the majority of the shopping center will be open from 10:00am to 6:00pm, anchor and Ruby Tuesday hours may vary. Regal Cinemas will be open normal operating hours.
