Poughkeepsie Galleria Releases Annual Community Impact Report

Published: 01/15/2026

Poughkeepsie Galleria today released its 2025 Community Report that highlights the results of the Center’s collaboration with the Town of Poughkeepsie and Dutchess County’s non-profit community organizations over the past year. The Community Report is now available at Poughkeepsie Galleria Community Impact Report 2025. In 2025, the Poughkeepsie Galleria hosted over 100 non-profit events and partnered with over 50 different local organizations that utilized the Center for meeting space, fundraising initiatives, and awareness campaigns that serve the local community.

“Community partnership has always been a core part of who we are,” said Katherine McCullough, Marketing Director at the Poughkeepsie Galleria. “We are proud to work alongside so many dedicated non-profit organizations and are grateful for the opportunity to support the important work they do throughout our community.”

As part of its ongoing commitment to community health, Poughkeepsie Galleria partners annually with the New York Blood Center to host regular blood drives, providing residents with a convenient way to donate blood and support critical healthcare needs. These efforts help supply hospitals and patients across the region and reflect the Center’s focus on making a meaningful, life-saving impact.

“Our longstanding partnership with Poughkeepsie Galleria is a shining example of community collaboration in action,” said Andrea Cefarelli, Senior Vice President at New York Blood Center. “For more than twenty five years, their dedication to hosting 200+ blood drives has resulted in the collection of approximately 6,000 lifesaving units of blood. Together, we’ve helped ensure a steady blood supply for patients in need and created countless opportunities for local donors to make a lifesaving impact. We are deeply grateful for their unwavering support and commitment to our mission to save lives.”

Poughkeepsie Galleria is pleased to work with non-profit organizations seeking opportunities for tabling, fundraising and awareness campaigns, use of the Community Room for trainings or meetings, or larger-scale events in the common areas. The Center remains committed to being an accessible and welcoming resource for the community.

Event space, tabling opportunities, and Community Room use at Poughkeepsie Galleria are free for non-profit organizations. Interested groups are asked to complete and submit the required paperwork for consideration. Requests should be submitted to the Poughkeepsie Galleria marketing department at [email protected] at least two months prior to the proposed event date.
