| Poughkeepsie, NY: Do Portugal Circus is coming to Poughkeepsie for the first time this May! Bringing a fun filled, action packed show for the entire family to enjoy including death defying stunts, beautiful aerial acrobatics, jugglers, dancers, and the funniest clowns around!
Do Portugal Circus will be performing at Poughkeepsie Galleria from May 24th– June 2nd. The Circus is suitable for all ages and can be enjoyed by young and old alike. A representative from the circus says, “Our show is ideal for families with children, but it is also wonderful for adults looking for a fun night out with friends and family!” The show last roughly one hour and 45 minutes and is packed full of different circus acts including Spanish Web, Aerial Hoop, Jugglers, Hand Balancing, Acrobats, Clowns and much more. The circus is a 5th generation traditional traveling circus run by the Portugal family and originated in Mexico over 30 years ago. The Circus now travels throughout the USA and is excited to be in Poughkeepsie for the first time. Show Times will run as follows with the exception of opening night Friday, May 24th which will start at 8pm. Monday through Friday, there is one performance a day at 7.30pm. Saturdays feature three shows starting at 2pm, 5pm and 8pm. There are two shows on Sunday, starting at 2pm and 5pm.
