Bounce! Sports & Entertainment Center in Poughkeepsie, NY is looking for one shift lead to join our 64 person strong team. We are located on 2001 South Road. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience
• Coordinate and facilitate staff member’s tasks to ensure timely execution
• Train and develop new team members to company standard
• Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions
• Motivate staff while working towards one goal
• Daily scheduling of breaks throughout shifts
• Help keep track of inventory and maintenance of park
• Make change for registers
• Assists in party planning duties

Qualifications

• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently
• Experience in a leadership role
• 18 years or older

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.50/hour.
